Cross the crosswalk to Visigny and continue on route de Visigny. After the "Pont de la Perrière" bridge, turn left onto the "route des champs", cross the village of "Vers le Pont" and follow the blue e-bike signs for the "Les Grands Bois" circuit. At Cravarin, follow the signs for Châtillon-sur-Cluses. (2) At the Nicodex chapel, head for "Fargot d'en Haut" then "Cellières". Drive down to the Cellières chapel (3). Go back down to the RD4 and cross it to go towards the Lac des Vernays from "Fargot". Take the small climb to cross the Giffre via a footbridge. Drive along Lac des Vernays, continuing along the Giffre as far as Verchaix. You'll arrive near the artisanal zone. Turn left towards the picnic tables, the hamlets on the Giffre and the village bakery (and leave the signposted path). At the bakery, turn left into rue de l'Epure. A few metres further on, you'll come to L'Artisan du Chocolat (4), where you can buy a selection of chocolates from a wide range made on site, at a special "Cycl'O gourmandes" price. Return along the same path to the picnic table in front of the Giffre hamlets, and this time go straight ahead following the "Les Grands Bois" pedestrian and mountain bike signs. Continue along the Giffre and at the Giffre bridge, cross the road to reach Lac Bleu (5) for a well-deserved tasting break facing the emblematic Criou summit. Cross the road and follow the Giffre along its left bank towards La Rivière-Enverse.
