A piano under the stars…from Verchaix

1

Pianist Marjorie Vagner invites you to an intimate, immersive musical experience, as a prelude to the 5ᵉ edition of her summer piano festival.

In a piano solo both powerful and sensitive, she weaves a universe where neoclassical music meets the cinematic imagination. Inspired by composers such as Nils Frahm, Hans Zimmer, Ludovico Einaudi and Sofiane Pamart, Marjorie Wagner revisits some of their emblematic works, while unveiling highlights from her latest album. This concert is also an opportunity to preview her brand-new original compositions: deeply visual, neoclassical soundscapes, where each note evokes an image, a light, a breath. His artistic universe draws on wide-open spaces, mountains, silence and contemplation. His music is like a journey: between summits and interiority, between raw emotion and cinematic elegance. A suspended moment, at the crossroads of concert and sensory experience, where the piano becomes narrative.
