Equipment supplied: socks, wetsuit and long-sleeved neoprene jacket. Lifejacket, helmet and paddle! Must be able to swim and over 6 years of age. Equipment required: a swimsuit, a pair of sports shoes (such as sneakers or hiking boots) that will get wet. Tip: remove jewelry (including wedding rings).
