Octobre rose – Marche Rose solidaire

Solidarity walk organized by the Arts de Vivre association with the support of the municipalities of the Giffre Mountains, for the benefit of the fight against breast cancer.

Family walk around the village of Rivière Enverse. 10am - RDV place de la mairie for the walk 3km loop / + 150m elevation gain. From 12:30 pm: opening of the "village" on the town hall square in La Rivière Enverse. Light refreshments on site. Workshops, music (theater and dance), tombola, information stand on breast cancer screening... No reservation or registration required. Free participation on site. Donations and profits donated to the Comité féminin des Savoie and Arts de Vivre. New: "Come cut and sew with us" Challenge Since 2019, the Mon Bonnet Rose association has been organizing a collection of T-shirts as part of Pink October, breast cancer screening awareness month. They will be used to make chemo caps during an involving and impactful national challenge. Which T-shirt? Adult size in soft, stretchy cotton jersey. Good condition. The second life of your T-shirt: Cut and sewn by volunteers, it will be transformed into a chemo cap. These caps will be distributed free of charge to women with breast cancer in financial difficulty.
