Le Paret Yaute Tour

The Paret Yaute Tour is a friendly snow sports competition featuring paret, snooc, and yooner! It includes a timed slalom, two runs per event, and several stages that combine speed, technique, and tradition in the heart of the Savoyard winter.

Paret Yaute Tour The Paret Yaute Tour brings the Savoyard winter to life with a form of skiing that’s as traditional as it is spectacular! Over several stages, participants compete on specially designed courses with one goal: to master their equipment and achieve the best run. On the program: a timed slalom, with two runs per event to determine the winners. Start numbers are assigned by random draw. Speed, technique, and precision will be key! Open to parets, snoocs, and yooners, the Paret Yaute Tour combines athletic competition, camaraderie, and the tradition of mountain sliding. Prices: - Championship (4 events): adults €40; children ages 8–15 €20. - Single event: adults €12; children ages 8–15 €6. Equipment rentals are available to participants. Registration is available online and on-site. Free introductory sessions for paret, snooc, and yooner are also offered. A refreshment stand will be available on site. Practical information: - Helmets are required. - Participation is at each participant’s own risk. - A valid ski pass may be required depending on the event location. On your parets… get set? Go!
